rossco — founder, a player labs

I extract your genius and install it in systems that scale without you.

For founders, consultants and coaches who built something brilliant and became the bottleneck. I turn your deepest expertise into operational AI systems your team can run flawlessly — at scale, without drift — so you can stop being the answer to every question.

Field notes — things I actually say out loud
high speed ≠ high quality// complexity is a form of laziness// zero × 1000 is still zero// an idiot in motion goes further than a genius at rest// throughput over effort// high speed ≠ high quality// complexity is a form of laziness// zero × 1000 is still zero// an idiot in motion goes further than a genius at rest// throughput over effort//
The wiring

I've been talking to machines since before I could legally drive.

I pulled apart a Commodore 386 when I was five and put it back together. It still worked. By 14 I was building computers and selling them. By 17 I'd left school and was running internet cafés. I've always lived at the edge of whatever technology was bleeding at the time — crypto, DeFi, crowdfunding, and now AI systems design.

These days that looks like fleets of agents building in parallel while I sleep. Not because it's clever — because it's the shortest path between your best thinking and a system that runs it. The machine does the math. The human keeps the talent.

The method

I hunt for where time goes to die.

The drag. The inertia. The places where momentum gets eaten alive. I find the single constraint that matters, run the failure in advance — every landmine, before anyone steps on it — and build the critical path that walks around all of them. Then it ships. Week one. Not someday.

01

A Player Brains

Custom AI prompts on a tight framework — like cloning your best team member to handle one bottleneck at a time. A quoting brain. A decision brain. A content brain. One brain, one job, done properly.

02

A Player Apps

The thing your team does every week in spreadsheets, turned into an app that does it in minutes. Fifteen hours of ad-spend analysis a week became ten minutes. I separate the talent from the math, automate the math, and give the talent back to the human.

Automate
03

A Player Bots

Agents that handle the routine — bookings, service, triage — so your humans handle the exceptions. Less "please hold", more "hey Jeremy, we've got killer nachos."

A Player Consults

Me in the room, hourly or daily. Seeing around corners, finding what's actually the constraint — not what feels like it — and mapping the path through.

Navigate

Symbiotic, never parasitic.

No lock-in contracts. Code ships to your servers. No jargon you don't understand just so you can't leave. Everything I build, you own — and you can always remove me as a user.

The bruise

Some bets worked spectacularly. One blew up.

It took years to recover from — and the bruise taught me more than the wins ever did. I've been bankrupt and I've rebuilt. So when I say I run pre-mortems on everything, understand: that habit was paid for.

It's also why I answer the voice notes from kids who want to build their first app, and why I'll tell any room full of founders to make more mistakes, read more books, and stop being afraid of getting it wrong. Most people don't even try.

A mate once told me I'm like three people: Iron Man — speaks technology natively. Doctor Strange — bends time. And Kung Fu Panda — unreasonably good at things I have no business being good at. I'll take it.
Don't take my word for it

What people say when I leave the room.

"There are a lot of smart people in the world, but not everyone has the ability to communicate complex ideas into engaging, palatable bites. Rossco gave a fantastic talk — he knows how to interweave storytelling, sprinkle in the right amount of entertainment, and still teach something eye-opening."

Conference organiser — Tokenomx, Thailand

"Rossco has spoken numerous times to my students about decentralised technologies and has my audience awe-struck. His ability to take complex systems and make them immediately understandable is rare."
